Nine charcoal drawings forming a composite image of a historic tree.
Kett’s Oak is an ancient tree which is found on the outskirts of Norwich and lays claim to being the location of the gathering point of the rebels who marched on the city in 1549, protesting the enclosure of common land and led by landowner Robert Kett. This is a composite series of nine drawings in charcoal pencil and pastel from a photograph I took on 01/01/2016.
